摘    要:在建立幼猪局灶性心肌急性缺血再灌流损伤模型的基础上,着重观察单纯性缺血与缺血后再灌流“钙超载”和病理形态变化。电镜下单纯性缺血与再灌流病变不尽相同,后者病变较严重。焦锑酸盐细胞内钙定位方法表明,再灌流后心肌细胞内钙铬合物明显增多,揭示钙超载可能是引起缺血后再灌流功能失常的原因。

Abstract:Calcium overload and histopathology were investigated in the cardiac ischemia and reperfusion damage of the porcine hearts. The ultrastructural chan -ges were different between the ischemia and reperfusion groups with even more severe damage occurred in the later group. Intracellular calcium deposit localized by pyroantimonate method was markedly increased in the reperfused myocardium. It is suggested that calcium overload plays an important role in the cardiac ischemia and reperfusion damage.
