| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨不同天然提取物对藿香试管苗壮苗的生物效应。方法 采用改良的MS，1／2MS，B5，N6等不同的培养基，分别中入香蕉，荸荠，马铃薯和胡萝卜提取物，接种后培养45d，观察不同处理的生物效应。结果 组培苗在改良的MS＋15g/L香蕉汁＋30g/L蔗糖培养基上的生根壮苗效果最佳，移栽成活率达98％。结论 添加香蕉汁提取物，可加速组培苗的生长和根的分化，缩短广藿香成苗生长周期。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the effects of crude extractive on the growth of test - tube plantlets of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. . Methods] Test- tube plantlets Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. were cultured with various basic medium (modified MS, 1/2 MS, 65 and Ng) to which potato, carrot, ehufa and banana extractive were added respectively, Forty - five days after the transplanting of culture, the effects were observed. Results ] The plantlets grew well in the modified MS with 150 g/L banana extractive and 30 g/L sucrose and the survival rate was 98% . Conclusion] Adding banana extractive can promote the growth of plantlets and the differentiation of roots, thus shortening the growth period of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. |
