婴幼儿腹泻标本病毒学的检测

【目的】了解婴幼儿秋季腹泻中轮状病毒、星状病毒及肠道腺病毒的感染情况，为临床防治提供理论依据。【方法】利用胶体金方法检测婴幼儿秋季腹泻大便标本中的轮状病毒和腺病毒抗原，利用酶联免疫吸附试验方法（ELISA）检测星状病毒。【结果】105份大便标本中，轮状病毒阳性86例，腺病毒阳性77份，星状病毒阳性4份，轮状病毒及腺病毒均阳性56份，轮状病毒及星状病毒均阳性2例，腺病毒及星状病毒阳性2例。【结论】轮状病毒是婴幼儿秋季腹泻的主要原因，其次是肠道腺病毒及星状病毒，且存在混合感染情况。

Detecting rotavirus and astrovirus and enteral adenovirus in the sedes of infantile diarrhea

Objectives] To comprehend the infection of rotavirus,astrovirus,enteral adenovirus in infantile diarrhea. Methods] Using the method of gold colloid detected rotavirus and enteral adenovirus in the stool of infantile diarrhea ,using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,was detected astrovirus by ELISA in the stool of infantile diarrhea. Results] Results Among 105 cases,86 rotavirus cases were positive,77 enteral adenovirus cases were positive and 4 astrovirus cases were positive,samples were infected with rotavirus and enteral adenovirus,and 2 cases were infected with astrovirus and enteral adenovirus. Conclusions] Rotavirus is the major etiologic agents of acute gastroenteritis in infants and young children, astrovirus and enteral adenovirus are the secondly agents and there are mixed infections.
