| 摘 要： | 系统阐述了目前我国现代癫痫外科在临床上的应用状况及所取得的长足进步。随着现代科学技术的发展,进一步认识和明确了外科手术的适用范畴,诊断和治疗手段不断取得进展;概括性总结了癫痫基础研究的发展状况,介绍了取得的主要进展;概要性提出了目前癫痫外科治疗存在的一些问题;初步预期了我国现代癫痫外科的未来。

| Abstract: | This article outlines some current status of clinical application of epilepsy surgery and the achievements already ob-tained in this field in China. The rapid development of modern science and technology has furthered the understanding and definition of the scope where surgical operations are applicable, and facilitated the continuous improvement in the diagnosis and treatment approaches. Also concerned in this article is the current status of the epilepsy-related basic research and the lat-est progress, with the existing problems identified and future development potential of epilepsy surgery weighted. |
