锌离子直流电离子导入法治疗烫伤创面的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究直流电导入法经创面导入锌离子对烫伤创面愈合的治疗作用。方法:建立烫伤动物模型,锌离子治疗组用直流电导入仪经烫伤创面直接导入一定浓度锌离子,与对照组比较其单位时间内的愈合面积,创面结痂脱落的时间,并且做组织切片比较其组织学的改变情况,结果:经皮导入锌离子的实验动物组愈合的速度及程度明显好于对照组。结论:经烫伤创面导入锌离子能显著地促进创面的愈合。

Abstract:AIM To study the effect of Zn iontophoresis on burn. METHODS The animal model of burn was established and burn was treated by Zn iontophoresis. The intention area of the wound compared with other groups on the 7th day and the 14th day at the time of intention. RESULTS The intention speed and extent of Zn iontophoresis group were more visible and better than those in other groups. CONCLUSION Application of Zn iontophoresis can significantly improve the healing of burn.
