乳增散治疗乳腺增生病76例临床观察

目的：研究自拟中药方乳增散治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效和作用机理。方法：以乳增散（治疗组）、桂枝茯苓胶囊（对照组）分别治疗乳腺增生病76例，比较两组疗效，并分别在治疗前后于黄体期第7天测量治疗组患者血清雌激素（E2）、孕激素（P）和催乳素（PRL）的水平，以探讨乳增散治疗乳腺增生病的作用机理。结果：乳增散治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效优于桂枝茯苓胶囊（P〈0．01）；治疗组患者治疗后比治疗前E2、PRL水平有明显下降（P〈0．01），P有明显提高（P〈0．01）。结论：乳增散治疗乳腺增生病疗效确切，其作用可能是通过影响患者体内E2、P和PRL水平来实现的。

Clinical Observation on 76 Cases of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands Treated with Ruzeng Powder

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect and its mechanism of Ruzeng Powder in treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:76 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands in the treatment group were treated with Ruzeng Powder and 76 cases in the control group were treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsules.Therapeutic effects of both groups were compared,and serum estradiol(E_2),progestogen(P) and prolactin(PRC) levels on the 7th day of luteal phase before and after treatment in the patients of treatment group were determined.Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,serum E_2 and PRL level significantly decreased (P<0.01),and P level significantly increased as compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Ruzeng Powder has definite therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands,which is exerted possibly via influencing level of E_2,P and PRL in the patient.
