成人周围神经传导速度参考值研究

本文研究了成人周围神经传导速度的参考值。选择159名正常健康成人为测试对象,其中男性85名,女性74名。所有受检者均测定右上肢肘-腕段正中神经、尺神经运动传导速度及正中神经感觉传导速度。测定表明:NCV在男女性别之间无明显差别,潜伏期男性明显长于女性,年龄对NCV有一定影响,低年龄组NCV略高于高年龄组。结果提示:用潜伏期作指标应考虑到各组性别构成。另外,如各组年龄相差过大,有时可导致错误结论。

A STUDY ON REFERENCE VALUES OF NERVE CONDUCTION VELOCITIES IN ADULTS

The reference values of nerve conduction velocities (NCV) in adults were Studied. 159 healthy persons including 85 males and 74 females were chosen as normal subjects. Median (MMCV) , ulnar (UMCV) motor and median sensory (MSCV) conduction velocities of the wrist-elbow at the right arm in all subjects were measured. The results showed:1.There was not significant difference of NCV between males and females. 2. Both distal and Proximal latencies were markedly longer in males than in females. 3.The age could affect NCV which was a little faster in the young age group than in the old age group. The results mentioned above indicated that the constitution of sex in the control and exposure groups had to be considered if the latency was used as a indicator for comparison. In addition, much discrepancy in age between control and exposure groups might result in a false conclusion.
