摘    要:目的 通过兔腓总神经不同时限预变性神经移植 ,从组织学、免疫组织细胞化学、电生理、超微结构等多方面对神经功能恢复进行探讨 .方法 家兔 42只分为 A,B,C,D,E,F,G7组 :A,B,C,D,E,F组分别为预变性 0 ,4,7,14,2 1和 2 8d移植组 ,G组动物双侧腓总神经分别作新鲜神经移植和预变性神经移植 .结果  2 wk预变性神经移植与新鲜神经移植相比可显著降低轴突再生起初延迟期 (由 3.0 4~0 .0 4d) ,提高神经生长速度 (由 1.73~ 2 .5 9mm· d- 1 ) ,促进N- MCV (由 2 5 .14~ 2 9.2 1m· s- 1 ) ,增进轴突通过率 (由81.2 %~ 91% ) .组织学观察预变性 2 wk再生轴突比新鲜神经移植组成熟 ,髓鞘化程度高而且早 .结论 预变性 2 wk神经移植无论在质和量上均优于新鲜神经移植 ,其次是预变性1wk神经移植组 .预变性 4d和 3wk也有增强神经再生的作用

Abstract:AIM To explore the effect of predegenerated nerve grafting onnerve regeneration. METHODS We reviewed nerve regeneration of different period predegenerated graftting through histological; immunocytochemical; electron micoscopic and electrophysiological studies. The rabbits were divided into 7 experimental groups for different periods (0,4, 7, 14, 21, 28 d) of nerve graftting. In A, B, C, D, E, F groups, both sides of the rabbit peroneal nerve were cut and allowed to undergo predegneration for 0, 4, 7, 14, 21, 28 days; a 10 mm segment was used as an autologous nerve graft and transposed to a 10 mm long nerve defect on the contralateral side. In G group, the left side (Predegenerated nerve graft for 14 d) was compared to the right side (Fresh nerve graft). RESULTS Graftting predegenerated for 14 days shortened significantly the initial delay period of axonal regeneration (3.04~0.04 d), accelerated the axonal grow rate (1.73~2.59 mm·d-1) , increased the quantity of regenerated axon, and raised nerve muscle conduct velocity (25.14~29.21 m·s-1) than fresh nerve grafts, also matured earlier and better than ones for fresh nerve graft. CONCLUSION Grafts degenerated for 14 days can enhance significantly nerve regeneration than fresh nerve grafts, then grafts degenerated for 7 days. Grafts degenerated for 4 and 21 days can also enhance axonal regeneration lightly. It is suggested that grafts degenerated can provide better opportunity for axonal growth.
