中药外敷头痛膏治疗偏头痛急性期的临床观察

目的:察中药外敷头痛膏治疗偏头痛急性期的临床疗效。方法:选择100例偏头痛急性期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组给予布洛芬片0.2g口服,治疗组布洛芬片0.2g口服,外敷头痛膏贴于患者两侧太阳穴及印堂穴处。结果:经统计学处理两组疗效有显著差异,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:外敷头痛膏具有使用方便、疗效较好、价格低廉、无毒副作用的优势。可作为偏头痛急性期的辅助治疗手段。

Clinical observation on treating acute phase of migraine with external application of TCM headache paste

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of external application of Chinese medicine headache paste in treating the acute phase migraine.Methods:Choosing 100 acute phase migraine patients and divide randomly them into treatment group and matched group with each group 50 patients,giving the matched group ibuprofen 0.2g oral medication,stick the headache paste to patients’Temple and Yintang.Results:There exists an obvious difference in effect between the two groups through the statistic processing,the effect of treatment group is better than the matched group.Conclusion:The external headache paste has the advantages of convenience,good curative effect,cheap price and without toxic or side effect,can be the auxiliary therapy in treating the acute phase migraine.
