丹参提取物F对大鼠乙醇致胃粘膜损伤时脂质过氧化影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨对脂质过氧化物和前列腺素在大鼠乙醇致胃粘膜损伤中的意义及丹参提取物 F(DSE-F)的作用。方法:组织学,生物化学检测及放射免疫分析。结果:乙醇使大鼠胃粘膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及前列腺素 E_2(PGE2)、6-酮-前列腺素 F_(2α)(6-keto-PGF_(2α))明显降低,丙二醛(MDA)、血栓素 B_2(TXB_2)明显增高(与正常组比较,P<0.01)。DSE-F 能对抗乙醇的上述作用(与对照组比较,P<0.01)。结论:DSE-F 对胃粘膜的保护作用与其清除氧自由基及提高内源性前列腺素水平有关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the means of lipid peroxide (LPO) and prostaglandins in pathogenesis of alcoholic gastric mucosal injury and effect of extract of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (ERSM) on it.Methods:Experiment was done with histologic,biochemical detection and radioimmunological analysis.Results:Ethanol could cause decrease of superoxide dis- mutase,glutathione peroxidase activity,prostaglandin E_2 and 6-keto-prostaglandin F_2,level in gastric mucosa,and in- crease of malonyldialdehyde and thromboxane B significantly,in comparison with the normal control group,P<0.01. These effects of ethanol could be antagonized by ERSM,as compared with the control group,P<0.01.Conclusion:The cytoprotective effect of ERSM might be related to its effect in eliminating oxygen free radical and elevating endogenous prostaglandins in gastric mucosa.
