大学生艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为现况调查

[目的]了解大学生对艾滋病（AIDS）知识的掌握程度,探讨针对大学生有效的AIDS宣传教育方式.[方法]采用不记名问卷方式,对成都市某大学学生随机进行现况调查.[结果]大学生AIDS基本知识全项回答正确率16.6%,男生高于女生;3大传播途径知晓率达90%以上;对艾滋病感染者及病人存在恐惧和歧视;有7.9%学生回答有异性性接触,2.0%学生回答有同性性接触,4.1%回答有吸毒行为,其中静脉吸食海洛因有0.7%;最近1次性生活使用安全套12.3%;获得艾滋病知识宣传主要途径是报刊、电视、网络;90%以上愿意接受并参与艾滋病知识宣传.[结论]该校应加强对大学生AIDS宣传教育;充分依靠大学生人群开展宣传教育.

INVESTIGATION ON AIDS RELATED KAP AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS

[Objective]To understand the awareness degree about AIDS in college students,explore the effective method for AIDS education on college students.[Methods]An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among the students in one university in Chengdu.[Results]500 questionnaires were sent out,499 of which were collected back(99.8%). The rate of correctly answered all the questions about AIDS was 16.6%,which was higher in boy students than in girl students. The awareness rate on three transmission routes was above 90%. Some students showed fear and discrimination for the people living with HIV/AIDS. 7.9% of the students admitted heterosexual behavior,while 2.0% admitted homosexual behavior. 4.1% of them had a history of drug use,among which 0.7% injected heroin intravenously. 12.3% of them used condoms in the latest sexual intercourse. The main approch from which the knowledge about AIDS was obtained were newspaper,TV and internet. More than 90% of the college students would like to participate in the propaganda about AIDS.[Conclusion]College should improve the education about AIDS for the students and conduct the campaigns on AIDS education depending on them.
