| 摘 要： | 由于医学科学快速发展,新的手术名称层出不穷,而ICD-9-CM-3为1993年3月版,很多手术名称编码没有列出,此外尚有部分易混淆的手术名称,常导致手术操作编码的失误。鉴于上述原因,为了获得正确编码,本文特对手术操作疑难编码及易混淆的手术操作编码进行分析探讨,以期达到抛砖引玉的目的。

| Abstract: | New operation names keep occurring as a result of the rapid developmer,t of medical science. Issued in March 1993, the current classification ICD-9-CM-3 fails to llst codes of many operation names. At present, the application of codes of operation names fails mainly due to certain operation names, which are confusing. Considering the above reasons, this article explores both difficulties in applying the operation name code and operation names which are prone to cause confusion. This article aims to get the correct codes and to attract valuable opinions. |
