抚触对婴儿身心健康发展的效果观察

目的:探讨抚触对婴儿身心健康发展的促进作用。方法:通过对60例正常新生儿进行抚触,并随机选择条件相当的正常新生儿作为对照,观察婴儿在出生后42d时的身高、体重、头围,俯卧举头、视线跟随、逗引婴儿能否自发微笑等,并了解婴儿进食及睡眠情况。结果:抚触组婴儿42d体重、身高及头围增长均明显高于对照组。婴儿42d俯卧举头>45°、婴儿视线能跟过180°以及逗引能微笑者抚触组明显多于对照组。抚触组婴儿的进食量及睡眠节律亦优于对照组。结论:婴儿抚触能促进婴儿身心健康发展,且方法简单易学、经济实惠,值得推广。

Clinical observation of touching on the psychosomatic health and growth of infants

Objective:To explore the effect of touching on the psychosomatic health and growth of infants.Methods:120 normal newborns were divided randomly into touching group (n=60, given touching) and control group (n=60).The condition of body height, body weight, head circumference, pronating, raising head, following of sight line and amusing was observed in 42 days after birth to know the condition of diet and sleeping of infants.Results:The increasing of body height, body weight and head circumference in touching group was higher significantly than those in control group; the reaction of pronating, raising head, following of sight line and amusing in touching group was better significantly than those in control group; the amount of diet and sleeping rhythm in touching group was better than those in control group.Conclusion:The touching is simple and easy to grasp can promote the psychosomatic health and growth of infants, which is economical and worthy of extensive application in clinic.
