| 摘 要： | 目的了解老年轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者抑郁水平,分析其影响因素。方法采用蒙特利尔认知评估(MoCA)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)等对916例社区老人进行MCI的筛查和医学诊断,对确诊的154例患者采用老年抑郁量表(GDS-15)进行抑郁状况调查。结果老年MCI患者抑郁患病率为29.9%。多元线性回归显示,认知功能、日常活动能力和婚姻状况是老年MCI患者抑郁水平的重要影响因素。结论老年MCI患者抑郁发生率较高,应采取措施改善其心理健康水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the level and influence factors of depression in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Method Totally 154 elderly patients were diagnosed as MCI screened from 916 old people by the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),Activities of Daily Living(ADL).They were investigated with Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS-15).Results The prevalence of depression in the elderly patients with MCI was 29.9 percent.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that cognitive function,ability of daily living and marital status were the influencing factors of depression.Conclusion The prevalence of depression is high in elderly.patients with MCI.Targeted measures should be taken to improve the mental health of the patients with MCI. |
