喉鳞癌中组织蛋白酶D和MMP-7表达的研究

目的观察喉鳞癌组织中组织蛋白酶D和MMP-7蛋白的表达情况,探讨其关系及临床意义。方法收集86例喉鳞癌标本作为观察组,收集68例正常喉黏膜组织作为对照组,应用免疫组织化学技术检测2组中组织蛋白酶D和MMP-7的表达,分析其在不同临床特征中的表达差别及相关性。结果喉鳞癌中组织蛋白酶D和MMP-7表达的阳性率明显高于正常喉黏膜组织。观察组中组织蛋白酶D和MMP-7的表达与肿瘤体积、淋巴结转移、淋巴结转移数量及Ki67的表达密切相关;线性相关分析显示2者具有正相关性;生存分析显示组织蛋白酶D和MMP-7的表达与患者的预后相关。结论组织蛋白酶D和MMP-7高表达在喉鳞癌的发生发展中具有重要作用,2者可能具有协同作用,联合检测组织蛋白酶D和MMP-7可能评估喉鳞癌的预后。

Study on expressions of Cath-D and MMP-7 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

Objective It is to observe the expressions of cathepsin D（Cath-D） and MMP-7 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinonma,and investigate their relation and significance.Methods The study included 86 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma as observation group,68 cases of normal laryngeal squamous cell tissue as control group.The expressions of Cath-D and MMP-7 were detected by immunohistochemisty methods,and the difference and relation of expression in different clinical feature were analysised.Results The positive rate of Cath-D and MMP-7 were higher in observation group than in control group.The positive rate of Cath-D and MMP-7 were correlated with volume,lymph node metastasis,metastasis number and Ki67 expression.There was positive correlation between Cath-D and MMP-7 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.The expressions of Cath-D and MMP-7 were correlated with prognosis.Conclusion The high-expressions of Cath-D and MMP-7 may promote the occurrence and development in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.The joint detection of Cath-D and MMP-7 may be helpful to predict the prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
