80例急性主动脉夹层患者行三分支支架植入术的术后护理

总结了80例急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者行三分支支架植入术的术后护理经验。对患者进行严密的监护,密切观察心率、心律、呼吸、血压、意识状态和肾功能,维持水电解质、酸碱平衡和血流动力学的稳定,积极预防及处理已发生的急性肾功能衰竭、神经功能障碍、大出血等并发症。本组均治愈出院。

Postoperative care of 80 patients with acute aortic dissection treated by open triple-branched stent graft placement

This paper summarizes the experience of postoperative care of 80 patients with acute Stanford type A aortic dissection treated by open triple-branched stent graft placement.The key points in nursing were close observation of heart rate,heart rhythm,respiration,blood pressure,consciousness and renal function,maintaining fluid,electrolyte and acid-base balance,and hemodynamic stability,active prevention and treatment of postoperative complications such as acute renal failure,neurologic dysfunction,and bleeding.All the patients were cured and discharged from the hospital.
