依沙吖啶联合米非司酮终止瘢痕子宫中期妊娠的临床研究

目的研究依沙吖啶联合米非司酮终止瘢痕子宫中期妊娠的临床效果。方法选取2009年1月～2012年1月在我院自愿要求终止中期妊娠（孕13-27周）、合并瘢痕子宫者100例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予依沙吖啶，观察组在对照组基础上同时联合米非司酮，比较两组的引产效果。结果两组引产均在注药后48h内分娩，其中观察组的引产成功率为100％，对照组引产成功率为96．0％，且两组均无宫颈裂伤、子宫破裂等并发症发生。与对照组比较，观察组用药后宫缩发动时间快、产时出血量少、胎盘和胎膜残留以及胎盘粘连发生率低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论依沙吖啶联合米非司酮终止瘢痕子宫中期妊娠疗效确切．值得推广和应用。

The clinical studies of Ethacridine combination with Mifepristone for terminating the mid-scarred uterus pregnancy

Objective To study the the clinical effects of ethacridine combination with mifepristone for terminating the mid-scarred uterus pregnancy.Methods Selected 100 cases voluntarily request termination pregnancy(13-27 weeks of gestation) with scarred uterus from January 2009 January to 2012 in our hospital,were randomly divided into observation group and control group 50 cases,control group were only given ethacridine,observation group on the basis of in the control group combined mifepristone,induction outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The induction of labor in both groups within 48 h after injection,childbirth,successful induction rate was 100% in the observation group,success rate of induction of labor in the control group was 96.0%,and were no cervical laceration,uterine rupture and other complications.Compared with the control group,the observation group medication had launch a fast time,producing less bleeding,placenta,fetal membrane residues and placental adhesion low incidence after the contractions,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusion The mid-scarred uterus according sand acridine combined with mifepristone to terminate pregnancy is effective,worthy of extensive promotion and application.
