毫针点刺加参麦液注射配合个性化鞋疗治疗跟痛症的临床研究

目的观察毫针点刺加参麦液注射配合个性化鞋疗治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法66例跟痛症患者随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组33例采用毫针点刺加参麦液注射配合个性化鞋疗（综合疗法），对照组33例采用醋酸曲安奈德注射液局部封闭治疗，2组均1次／周，共治疗3次。结果治疗前和治疗后2周2组VAS评分比较均无显著性差异，治疗6个月后试验组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）。蛄论综合疗法与局部封闭治疗跟痛症均能在短期内缓解疼痛，但治疗6个月后其疗效优于局部封闭。

Clinical study on flliform needle pricking and Shenmai solution injection plus characteristic shoe therapy in the treatment of calcaneodynia

Objective It is to observe the clinical therapeutic effects of filiform needle pricking, Shenmai solution injection plus characteristic shoe therapy in the treatment of calcaneodynia. Methods Sixty-six cases of calcaneodynia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. In the treatment group, 33 cases were applied with filiform needle pricking, Shenmai solution injection plus characteristic shoe therapy. In the control group, 33 cases were applied with triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection for partial closure. All the cases in both groups were treated once per week for continuous three weeks. Results There was no significant difference in VAS score value between the two groups before treatment and in two weeks after treatments. However, after six months of treatments, the therapeutic efficacy in treatment group was better than that in control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Both the comprehensive therapy and the partial closure therapy for calcaneodynia could relieve pain in the short term, but after six months treatments, the therapeutic efficacy of the former was superior to that of the latter.
