任光荣益气养阴活血法对胃肠癌术后化疗患者生活质量影响的研究

目的探讨任光荣益气养阴活血法改善胃肠癌术后化疗患者生活质量的有效性。方法胃肠癌术后化疗患者随机分为2组,实验组加服益气养阴活血的中药汤剂,对照组则单纯化疗。通过记录2组试验前、试验第3个月末和试验第6个月末的病情变化,对其中医证候学指标、体力状况指标（卡氏评分）、生存质量指标（QLQ-C30评分）及体质量进行检测并评分,并观察肿瘤指标CEA、CA199的变化情况。结果在6个月试验结束时,实验组在中医症状、体力状况、生存质量、体质量方面均明显优于对照组,有显著性差异（P均〈0.01）。2组肿瘤指标比较无显著性差异。结论以益气养阴活血法为主的中药汤剂具有改善胃肠癌术后化疗患者生活质量的作用。

Study of Supplementing Qi,Nourishing Yin and Activating Blood method of Ren Guangrong on postoperative life quality of patients with gastrointestinal cancer undergoing chemotherapy

Objective It is to investigate the efficacy of Supplementing Qi,Nourishing Yin and Activating Blood method of Ren Guangrong in improving postoperative life quality of patients with gastrointestinal cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Postoperative patients with gastrointestinal cancer undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.The patients were treated by chemotherapy combined with decoction for Supplementing Qi,Nourishing Yin and Activating Blood in observe group while chemotherapy only in control group.The index included TCM scores,indicators of physical status（Karnofsky score）,quality of life indicators（QLQ-C30 ratings） and the weight were detected and evaluated in both groups were observed before treatment and in the end of 3rd and 6th month for treatment;and the changes of tumor marker CEA and CA199 were observed.Results The indexes of TCM scores,indicators of physical status,quality of life indicators and the weight in observe group were much better then that in control group in the end of 6th month,there were significant difference（all P0.01）.The tumor markers were markedly decreased in both groups,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The decoction for Supplementing Qi,Nourishing Yin and Activating Blood can obviously improve the life quality of the postoperative patient with gastrointestinal cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
