中西医结合治疗帕金森病运动功能障碍21例观察

目的:探讨治疗帕金森病运动功能障碍的有效方法。方法:对照组21例和治疗组21例,均常规服用美多巴等药物,治疗组并用电针与康复训练。治疗30天后两组用帕金森病评定量表UPDRS评分和Webster评定疗效。结果:UPDRS评分对照组下降,但与治疗前比较无显著性差异,治疗组下降与治疗前比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),与对照组比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Webster评定治疗组总有效率与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:西药配合电针及康复训练能提高疗效,并能减少西药用量。

Observation on 21 Cases of Motor Dysfunction due to Parkinson's disease Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

Objective:To discuss the effective method in treating motor dysfunction due to Parkinson's dis- ease.Method:21 cases of the study group and 21 cases of the control group were given the conventional medicine, such as madopar.The study group was treated with electroacupuncture and rehabilitation training additionally.The therapeutic effect was evaluated 30 days after the treatment with rating scale of Parkinson's disease,UPDRS score and Webster score.Result:The decrease of the control group was not sighificant compared with that of before treat- mentin UPORS Score.The decrease of the study group was very significant compared with that of before treatment(P<0.01)in UPDRS score.Compared with the control group,the study group also has significant difference(P<0.05) in UPDRS score.There was significant difference in the total effective rate of the study group and that of the control group with Webster score (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of western medicine,electroacupuncture and rehabilitation training can reinforce the effect and reduce the doze of drugs.
