湖北省荆州市麻风病病人不同治疗方法愈后效果评价

[目的]比较麻风病联合化疗与单用氨苯砜治疗的远期效果,佐证麻风防治工作中实施联合化疗方案的重要性。[方法]本文以荆州市皮肤病防治院先后采用2种不同治疗方法治愈的450例麻风病患者为研究对象,严格治愈、复发、畸残标准,进行统计学分析。[结果]32例联合化疗(MDT)和418例单用氨苯砜(DDS)治疗的麻风病患者,愈后联合化疗患者无1例复发,单疗患者复发率2.87%;联合化疗患者畸残率为21.88%,单疗患者54.54%。[结论]联合化疗技术方案明显优于单用氨苯砜治疗方法。

Evaluation on the Effect of Different Treatment Methods for Leprosy Patients in Jingzhou City

[Objective]To compare the long-term effect of combined chemotherapy to dapsone in the treatment of leprosy patients,prove the importance of combined chemotherapy in the prevention and treatment of leprosy.[Methods]450 leprosy patients treated with different methods in Jingzhou Institute for Treatment and Prevention of Dermatology were investigated,statistical analysis was conducted based on the criterion of cure,recurrence and deformity.[Results]32 patients were treated with combined chemotherapy,418 patients were treated with dapsone.There was no recurrence in the patients treated with combined chemotherapy,while the recurrence occurred in 2.87% of the patients treated with dapsone.21.88% of the patients treated with combined chemotherapy had deformity,while it was 54.54% in the patients treated with dapsone.[Conclusion]The effect of combined chemotherapy was better than dapsone.
