心下痞在《伤寒论》中的辨证与治疗

心下痞，病位在胃脘部，不论病因为何，均为中焦气机升降失常所致，且与胃气密切相关。在治疗上，或先表后里，或表里同治，或苦寒直折，或寒温并投，或轻剂取效，或重剂收功，理法方药，环环相扣。尤其是半夏泻心汤，立意寒热并投，开后世和剂之先河。

Differentiation and Treatment of Epigastric Distension in the TREATISE ON EXOGENOUS FEBRILE DISEASE

Epigastric distention usually appears in the substernal region. Whatever causes it, it is brought on by ascending and descending disorder of qi of the middle energizer and closely correlated with stomach qi. Treatment may be directed to exterior symptoms prior to the interior, or the both simultaneously. Drugs of bitter and cold nature may be used, or drugs of cold and warm nature. Either light doses or heavy doses may be applied. The treating principle and drugs used should match strictly. What is worth mentioning is the Rhizoma Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach fire, which is formulated with drugs of both cold and hot nature and has been the forerunner of mediation prespcriptions.
