Objective To investigate the conjunctivochalasis operation optimization in nursing care. Methods FromSJuly 2010StoSDecember 2011 in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated Putuo hospital day operation of conjunctivochalasis in 43 cases (47 eyes ) of patients, operation optimization of nursing, including strict preoperative verification, good operation environment, psychological nursing, eye position, eye surgery training disinfection and anesthetics, equipment and instruments for preoperative preparation for operation; regulating body and a light source, observation of vital signs, sterile operation, intraoperative coordination; anthropometry and rest guidance, eye surgery to clean and drops of antibiotics and postoperative nursing informing. Results 43cases of conjunctivochalasis patients after operation,2wk OSDI points (21.36?5.16) compared with before operation (33.48?4.94) decreased, there was a significant difference ( t = 5.26, P < 0.01)2 weeks after operation, the patients symptoms improved markedly. This group of cases the mean operation time was 29.6?5.48min, and inSJanuary 2009StoSJune 2010 of 28 cases (32 eyes ) of operation room operation case the average operation time was35.9?4.87min as the control, the difference was statistically significant ( t = 3.246, P < 0.05). Conclusion The quality of operation nursing, to ensure smooth operation, assist doctors to shorten the operation time, improve operation effect.
