Abstract: | Teardrop deformity of the urinary bladder and ureteral deviation may be caused by iliopsoas hypertrophy. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings in such a case are described, and the potential advantages of MRI in evaluating the pelvis are discussed. |
