| 摘 要： | 目的研究微波辅助提取桂北金槐槐米中芦丁的工艺条件。方法采用乙醇为溶剂,以芦丁粗品的提取率为指标,考察微波功率、料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间和静置时间对芦丁提取率的影响。结果微波辅助提取槐米中芦丁的最佳工艺条件为：微波功率为380 W,料液比为1∶20,乙醇浓度为55%,提取9 min,再静置8 h后芦丁提取率最高,达30.83%。结论应用微波辅助提取槐米中芦丁的提取时间短,提取率高,具有较好的发展前景。
