Abstract: | Linear IgA dermatosis is a malignancy associated rare bullous disorder similar to dermatitis herpetiformis. Linear IgA dermatosis differs from dermatitis herpetiformis in that the IgA deposits in the epidermal basement membrane are linear rather than granular. A patient is presented with coeliac disease who presented with linear IgA dermatosis and anaemia caused by chronic low grade B cell lymphoma. |
