摘    要:目的 研究血管内皮生长因子(vascular cndothelial growth factor,VEGF)反义寡核苷酸(ODN)抑制人肝癌细胞系VEGF的表达,探讨肝癌基因治疗的新方法。方法 人肝癌细胞系7721能表达VEGF,采用人工合成反义、正义ODN分别作用于7721细胞,免疫组化图像分析方法比较各处理组VEGF的表达情况,即可了解VEGF反义ODN抑制肝癌的血管形成情况。结果 VEGF反

Abstract:AIM To investigate the possibility whether the antisense oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) can become a new gene therapeutic drug for antiangiogenesis of human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). METHODS 7721 cell can express VEGF. Synthetic antisense ODN complementary to one region of VEGF mRNA was added into the medium of 7721. Then by means of the image analysis, it was determined whether the expression of VEGF of 7721 could be inhibited by the ODN. RESULTS Expression of VEGF of 7721 was inhibited by the VEGF antisense ODN. CONCLUSION It is promising that VEGF antisense ODN will become a new gene therapeutic drug for antiangiogenesis of HCC.
