摘    要:目的 进行护患沟通的基本训练 ,分析护理本科生护患交流中的问题 ,以寻找有效的交流方式 ,提高交流效果。方法 对江西医学院九九级护理本科生临床实习设计护患交流记录基本程序 ,由每个学生按要求记录 ,对记录结果进行分析。结果 护理本科生大部分能运用交流技巧进行较规范的护患交流 ,对患者的护理及健康教育开展起到了重要作用 ,但也存在着一些问题 ,需要教师不断指导。结论 进一步规范护患交流训练内容及交流程序是提高本科护生交流技巧及健康教育效果的重要途径

Abstract:Objective To carry on basic training of nurse-patient communication,analyze problems in the course of nurse-patient communication practice,to find an efficient method to improve the effect of communication.Method To design basic procedure of nurse-patient communication records for clinical students of grade 99 nursing undergraduate of Jiangxi Medical College,each written down the records on the basis of the demands, and analyzed the results of the records.Result The majority of nursing students can utilize communicative techniques to practice formal nurse-patient communication,this plays an important part in carring patient and undertaking health education among patients, but there also remain some problems,which demand continual guidance of clinical teachers.Conclusion Further standardize the training content and procedure of nurse-patient communication is an important process for undergraduate intern nurse to improve their communicative techniques and the effect of health education.
