| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解正常 5月龄SD大鼠空间学习记忆行为的变化规律。 方法 :对 1 0只雄性 5月龄SD大鼠进行Morris水迷宫训练。 结果 :随训练次数增加 ,5月龄SD大鼠寻找平台的平均潜伏期和运动路程逐渐减小且趋于平稳 ;运动速度无明显变化 ;大鼠寻找平台的策略 ,由边缘式和随机式逐渐转变为趋向式和直线式。 结论 :检测大鼠的陈述性记忆采用Morris水迷宫是比较恰当的 ;取 1 2 0s为 5月龄SD大鼠的最大潜伏期较合理 ;训练 4天的 5月龄SD大鼠可作为正常对照进行对比分析

| Abstract: | Objectives:To study the laws of the spatial learning and memory in rats. Methods: The spatial learning and memory were assessed by the Morris water maze test in 10 Spraque Dawley(SD) rats.Results: To increase with the training number of times, the average latent period and the sport distance of the big rats gradually became shorten and steady. The sport speed had no obvious variety. The strategy of rats to find the hidden platform was changed gradually by edge type and random type to tendency type and straight line type. Conclusions:The Morris water maze test keeps with assessing the declarative memory of rats. Taking 120 seconds for the biggest latent period of the rats is reasonable. The rats trained of 4 days can be used as normal check against the proceeding contrast the analysis. |
