| 摘 要： | 给予大鼠注射Freund氏完全佐剂形成关节炎,电针大鼠两侧“环跳”穴20分钟后,炎症局部的痛阈明显上升,比针前基础阈值提高149％(P<0.05)。应用放射免疫法测定关节炎大鼠的下丘脑和垂体内甲硫脑啡肽(MEK)的含量,均低于正常组(P<0.01)。而在炎症关节相应的脊髓节段内,亮-脑啡肽(LEK)的含量则明显高于正常大鼠(P<0.05)。经针刺后,上述MEK和LEK的含量均趋向正常,提示内源性吗啡样物质在针刺镇痛中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | The analgesic effect of acupuncture was studied in arthritic rats induced by Freund's complete adjuvent. The arthritic pathological changes were similar to that of the rheumatoid arthritis in human beings.
Electro-acupuncture was delivered at "Huang-tiao" point for 20 minutes. Pain threshold was determined after needling. It was found that the pain threshold markedly increased by 149% compared with that before needling (P<0.05). Thirty minutes after needling, pain threshold remained at a high level, and then declined gradually.
Met-enkephalin of hypothalamus and pituitary gland in arthritis group was lower than that of the normal control (P<0.01). But leu-enkephalin in spinal cord was much higher than that in normal rats. In the needling group, the met-enkaphalin and leu-enkephalin contents became normal suggesting that the endogenous opioid substance might play an important role in the analgesic effect of acupuncture. |
