| Abstract: | Fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma of the liver is a rare variant of hepatocellular carcinoma with characteristic morphological patterns and a good prognosis. Preoperatively the tumor is rarely diagnosed. Surgical treatment is resection, hemihepatectomy or transplantation of the liver. We report a case of a 51 years old patient with fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma of the liver. |
