| 摘 要： | 目的:评价抗生素序贯疗法治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效及成本。方法:将60例病例随机分为序贯疗法组30例,静脉注射组30例,根据疗效标准及治疗成本进行分析。结果:静脉注射组总有效率86.7%,序贯疗法组总有效率93.3%,按疗效与成本综合分析,以序贯疗法优于静脉注射组。结论:头孢克肟序贯疗法治疗小儿支气管肺炎有重要的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect and cost of sequential therapy in children with pneumonia.Method:Sixty children coses were divided into two groups randomly:sequential therapy group,injection of vein group,explore the effects and costs of them. Result:The cure rate was 86.6% in injection of vein group and sequential therapy group was 93.3%,but the costs were lower in se- quential therapy group.Conclusion:Cefixime sequential therapy is effective to children pneumonia. |
