中西医结合治疗老年气阴两虚型糖尿病

目的探讨中西医结合治疗老年气阴两虚型糖尿病效果,并加以总结。方法随机选择我院老年气阴两虚型糖尿病患者68例,分成A、B两组,A组27例为对照组,给予格列齐特药物治疗;B组41例为治疗组,在A组基础上加中药糖脉康颗粒。将两组患者治疗效果对比研究。结果 B组患者乏力、高血糖、高血压等症状改善优于A组,治疗后空腹血糖和餐后血糖低于A组,空腹C肽高于A组,有效率高于A组。结论中西医结合治疗老年气阴两虚型糖尿病,能够有效缓解患者病症,降低血糖和血压,疗效较好。

Integrative treatment of elderly Qiyinliangxu diabetes

Objective Explore Integrative treatment the elderly Qiyinliangxu diabetes effect,and to summarize.Methods Randomly selected 68 cases of hospital elderly Qiyinliangxu diabetic patients,divided into two groups（A,B）,group A 27 cases for the control group,given gliclazide drug treatment;Group B for the treatment of 41 cases in group A basisadd Chinese medicine Yuquan pills treatment.Two sets of comparative study of patient outcomes.Results Group B patients,fatigue,high blood sugar,high blood pressure and other symptoms improved better than in group A,after treatment,fasting plasma glucose and postprandial blood glucose lower in group A than in group A,fasting C-peptide,the efficiency is higher than in group A.Conclusion Integrative treatment the elderly Qiyinliangxu diabetes,can relieve the patient＇s disease,lowering blood glucose and blood pressure,better effect.
