心理咨询对小学生心理健康的影响

目的 评价心理咨询干预方法 对小学生心理健康的影响.方法 心理健康测量评价工具,对安宁市某小学二、四年级每个年级各抽取两个班共192名学生进行心理咨询干预,比较干预前后得分隋况.结果 小学生心理健康综合测量结果 提示,在接受干预后半年,性格缺陷、行为障碍有减分(P<0.05),社会适应障碍减分明显(P<0.01),一年后学习障碍、情绪障碍、性格缺陷、社会适应障碍和行为障碍减分明显(P<0.01),一年半后除品德缺陷、不良习惯、特种障碍无减分之外,其他项目均有减分.结论 心理咨询干预对提高小学生心理健康有效,在小学生中开展心理健康教育很有必要.

Conclusion The psychological consultation intervention to improve their mental health effective, in carrying out psychological health education in primary school students is necessary.
