Operation room management in safety management research

Objective to discover in time and properly handle the operation room in the various risk factors to prevent medical accidents.Methods establish related management system,strengthen safety management consciousness,implementation process and strict supervision,and constantly improve.Results reduce the risk factors on patients and operation personnel’s influence,reduce medical errors.Conclusion a complete,system,scientific operation room safety management measures can effectively improve the operation room nursing quality,achieve the purpose of nip in the bud,in order to reduce medical disputes,medical accidents.
