米索前列醇预防产后出血197例疗效观察

目的 观察米索前列醇对产后出血的预防效果及安全性.方法 选取具有产后出血高危因素的孕产妇197例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组99例,对照组98例.观察组胎前肩娩出后立即口服米索前列醇400 μg.对照组胎前肩娩出后即静脉注射10%葡萄糖溶液20 ml+缩宫素20U.出血量采用容积法和卫生纸称重法计算.结果 观察组产后2 h出血量(205.6±35.7)ml,对照组产后2 h出血量(297.4±40.5)ml,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组发生产后出血1例(1.0%),对照组发生产后出血7例(7.1%),观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 米索前列醇预防产后出血疗效确切,使用方便,安全性高,是预防产后出血的较好方法,值得临床推广应用.

Objective to observe the misoprostol of postpartum hemorrhage of preventive effect and the safety.Methods The has postpartum hemorrhage of risk factors for maternal 197 an example,and according to the random number table method divided into the observation group 99 examples,and the control group（n=98）.The observation group before birth shoulder immediately after childbirth oral misoprostol 400 μg.The control group before birth shoulder after childbirth goes out that intravenous 10% glucose solution 20 ml＋oxytocin 20U.The amount of blood loss volume method and toilet paper weighing method.Results The observation group postpartum 2 h blood loss（205.6±35.7 ml,the control group postpartum 2 h blood loss（297.4±40.5 ml,the observation group than in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.The observation group in postpartum hemorrhage 1 cases（1.0%）,and the control group in postpartum hemorrhage in 7 patients（7.1%）,the observation group than in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Misoprostol prevent postpartum hemorrhage curative effect is accurate,easy to use,high security,prevent postpartum hemorrhage is the better method,and clinical application.
