艾迪注射液胸腔注射对恶性胸水的治疗效果分析

目的对艾迪注射液经中心静脉导管胸腔注射治疗恶性胸水的治疗效果进行系统分析。方法随机将76例确诊的恶性胸水患者分为治疗组和对照组两组,治疗组采用艾迪注射液经中心静脉导管胸腔内注射,对照组采用顺铂经中心静脉导管胸腔内注射。结果两组在治疗总有效率方面比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但两组在生活质量改善及副作用发生率方面比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论两组在治疗恶性胸水的疗效相当,但治疗组的不良反应发生率较低,又能提高机体免疫力,容易被患者接受,将被广泛应用于临床。

Addie injection of intrapleural injection on malignant pleural effusion treatment effect analysis

Objective To Addie injection through central venous catheter in thoracic cavity injection in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion treatment effect to carry on the system analysis.Methods Random76 cases with malignant pleural effusion patients were divided into treatment group and control group of two groups,treatment group with Addie injection via central venous catheter intrathoracic injection,control group using cisplatin intrapleural injection via central venous catheter.Results The two groups in the treatment of total efficiency compared with no significant difference（P〉 0.05）,but the two groups in the improvement of life quality and incidence of side effects in comparison with significant difference（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The two groups in the treatment of malignant hydrothorax with quite,but the treatment group in the incidence of adverse effects is low,and can enhance the immunity of the organism,is easy to be accepted by patients,will be widely applied in clinic.
