人工全膝关节置换术后病人生活质量的研究

目的 了解人工全膝关节置换术后病人的生活质量,分析影响因素,为今后改善和提高人工全膝关节置换术后病人的生活质量提供依据.方法 采用问卷调查方法对100例人工全膝关节置换术后病人进行调查,用SPSS统计软件进行资料分析.结果 人工全膝关节置换术后病人生活质量状况欠佳,术后关节恢复评分表HSS总评分(79.97±9.85),膝关节评分量表WOMAC总评分(11.66±11.31),与术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).术后关节恢复状况影响病人的生活质量.结论 应重视人工全膝关节置换术后病人的生活质量,加强术后康复训练,促进关节功能恢复,以提高病人的生活质量.

A study on quality of life for postoperative patients with total knee joint replacement

Objective To investigate the quality of life and analyze its influencing factors for postoperative patients with total artificial knee joint replacement, and to provide basis for enhancing the quality of life of patients with total artificial knee joint replacement. Methods A questionnaire method was used to survey 100 postoperative patients with total artificial knee joint replacement. Data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0.Results The quality of life of total artificial knee joint replaeement patients was not good. Its main influencing factor was the rehabilitation status of artificial knee joint. Conclusions These results suggest that we should pay more attention to the quality of life of total artificial knee joint replacement patients, and strengthen the postoperative rehabilitation exercise, thereby facilitating the rehabilitation of joint function and improving patients' quality of life.
