摘    要:目的探讨外科感染常见病原菌的分布情况及耐药性的临床意义。方法用外科感染患者的标本分离病原菌用法国梅里埃厂家的标准化的细菌鉴定方法进行鉴定试验。药敏选用天津金章公司的微量细菌定量MIC测试盒进行药敏试验。根据药敏试验法规的标准判定。结果从560份样本分离病原菌299株,其中革兰氏阳性球菌161株(53.8%),革兰氏阴性杆菌138株(46.2%)。万古霉素、氟嗪酸、苯唑青霉素、氯霉素对革兰氏阳性球菌敏感。头孢三嗪、头孢呋肟、头孢噻肟对革兰氏阴性杆菌敏感。结论病原菌的分布及耐药性分析对外科患者感染和合理用药具有重要临床意义。

Abstract:Objective Probe into the clinical meaning of the distribution and drug resistance of common pathogenic bacterium on surgery infection. Methods To separate pathogenic bacterium by specimen of the sufferer with surgery infection. To prosecute an identification test by the standardized bacteria identification ways of Meiliai factory of France. To prosecute drug sensitivity pathogenic bacterium by minim bacteria ration MIC test box of Tianjin JinZhang company. To determine by the standard of drug sensitivity test statute. Results Separating 299 pathogenic bacterium from 560 specimen, there are 161 G+ coccus (53.8%) and 138 G- bacillus (46.2%). Vancocin, Ofloxacin, hloramphenicol, Oxacillin are sensitive to G+ coceiand and Ceftriaxon, Cefuroxime, Cefotaxime are sensitive to G- bacillus. Conclusions In clinic it is important to the infection of surgery sufferer and treatment that analyzing the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacterium.
