幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者应用联合疗法治疗的疗效分析

目的:探讨联合疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关性胃溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2009-06～2012-06间收治的114例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各57例,观察组患者给予雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗,对照组患者给予雷尼替丁、克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效以及不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.0%,显著高于对照组患者的73.7%,治疗总有效率组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中观察组患者HP检查转阴率为89.5%,显著低于对照组患者的73.7%,HP转阴率组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后不良反应发生率为1.8%,对照组患者治疗后不良反应发生率为5.3%,不良反应发生率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林联合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡临床疗效确切,且不良反应较少,值得临床进一步推广使用。

CLINICAL CURATIVE FEEECT ANALYSIS OF COMBINED THERAPY ON GASTRIC ULCER PATIENTS WITH HP INFECTION

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of combined therapy on gastric ulcer patients with HP infection. Methods： 114 cases of gastric ulcer patients with HP infection inour hospital from June 2009 to June 2012 were divided into observa- tion group and control group, 57 cases in each group, patients in the observation group were given rabeprazol, clarithromycin, amoxi- cillin treatment, patients in eontrol group were treated by ranitidine, clarithromycin, amoxicillin treatment, observed clinical curative effects and adverse reactions of patients in two groups. Results：Total effective rate of patients in observation group was 93%, signifi- cantly higher than that in control group（73.7% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05 ）. HP negative rate of patients in observation group was 89.5%, significantly higher than that in control group（73.7% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Adverse reactions rate of patients in observation group was I. 8%, lower than that in control group （5.3%）, the differ- ence was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Taking rabeprazol, clarithromyein, amoxicillin combined treatment of gastric ulcer patients of HP infection has good clinical curative effect, a great significance for the improving clinical symptoms, eradica- ting HP, and adverse reaction is less, it is worthy of further clinical using.
