女性阴道毛滴虫感染情况的调查分析

目的了解女性阴道毛滴虫的感染情况，探讨阴道毛滴虫的感染与年龄、民族、职业、避孕方式和个人卫生习惯的关系。方法采用生理盐水直接涂片镜检法检查1822例门诊患者的阴道分泌物，通过χ2检验对滴虫的感染率进行分析。结果所调查妇女阴道毛滴虫感染者113例，发生率为6．20％；30—39岁年龄组感染率为8．14％，明显高于其他年龄组（P〈0．01）；服务业者感染率为11．65％，明显高于其他职业者（P〈0．01）；经常混用洗脚盆清洗会阴者的感染率高达19．61％。结论年龄、职业、个人卫生习惯均与阴道毛滴虫的感染有关，而民族、避孕方式对阴道毛滴虫的感染分布无影响。

Trichomonas Vaginalis Infection in Women: Survey and Analysis

Objective To have a clear understanding of the situation of women infected with trichomonas vaginalis and explore the relation ship between triehomonas vaginalis infection and age,nationahty,occupation,contraceptive methods,personal hygiene habits,etc. Methods We used the direct smear microscopy method with normal saline to examine 1822 cases of outpatient vaginal discharge. The infection rate of tri- chomonas vaginalis was analyzed by using the Chi-square test. Results The survey showed 113 women infected with trichomonas vaginalis, with the incidence rate of 6.20%,the infection rate of the 30-year-old age group was 8.14% ,significantly higher than that of the other age groups（P〈 0.01 ） and the infection rate of service providers was 11.65%, significantly higher than that of other professions（P〈0.01 ）. The fact that a foot bathtub for cleaning the perineum and the feet was often used interchangeably made the infection rate of triehomonas vagi- nails as high as 19.61%. Conclusion Age,occupation and personal hygiene habits are all related to the trichomonas vaginalis infection,bat the nationality and contraceptive methods have no effect on the distribution of trichomonas vaginalis infection.
