高血压病血液流变学变化对心功能的影响

目的：研究高血压病血液流变学变化对心功能的影响。方法：采用血液流变学和心功能检测法对９４例高血压病患者，３８例正常人和２８例高粘血症患者进行观察分析。结果：高粘血症患者心泵功能降低，血管外周阻力增高，高血压病患者有同样改变；而高血压病伴血粘度升高，尤以纤维蛋白原（Ｆｂ）升高时显著，心泵功能显著降低，血管外周阻力升高更明显（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：高血压病患者血液流变学异常，尤以Ｆｂ升高时显著，造成血管外周阻力升高，心泵功能降低。

Effects of Hemorheology of the Patients with Hypertension on Cardiac Function

Objective: To study the effects of hemorheology of the patients with hypertension on cardiac function Methods: 94 cases patients with hypertension, 38 controls and 28 cases with hyperviscosity of blood were determined by hemorheology and cardiac function.Results: The cardiac function of the cases with hyperviscosity of blood was lower than those of the controls and vascular peripheral resistance was higher, patients with hypertension have same change, but cardiac function of hypertensive patients with hyperviscosity of blood was lower than those of the controls, especially while Fibrinogen (Fb) was increased, and Vascular peripheral resistance of patients was clearly higher.Conclusion: The hemorheology of hypertensive patients was abnormal, especially while Fb was increased, it was played an important role on increasing vascular peripheral resistance and decreasing cardiac function.
