| 摘 要： | 目的比较微创保胆内镜取石术与传统开腹胆囊切除术的术后护理方法。方法采用微创保胆内镜取石术38例,开腹胆囊切除术35例,进行回顾性分析,针对患者术后治疗情况及术后不适与并发症等进行对比观察。结果微创保胆内镜取石术组患者术后住院时间、恢复进食时间、术后伤口疼痛、发生胆漏等与开腹胆囊切除术相比,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论微创保胆内镜取石术对胆囊结石有良好的治疗效果,可缩短患者术后住院时间、恢复快、护理简单,精心的护理是保证患者康复的重要环节。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the method of postoperative care of non-invasive endoscopic biliary litbetomy with the one of the traditional open cholecystectomy.Methods By observing the contrast of postoperative situations and complications between 38 cases of endoscopic biliary lithotomy and 35 cases of open cholecystectomy.Results There is significant difference in the time of resumption of leading,recovering from pain and length of stay in hospital between the methods of the non-invasive endoscopic biLiary lithotomy and the traditional open cholecystectomy (P＜0.05).Conclusions To treat gallstone by noninvasive endoscopic biliary lithotomy are good,it includes:quick recovery,easy nursing care and decrease in the length of stay in hospital. |
