摘    要:目的 建立MN血型系统基因分型的方法 ,检测人群中MN基因的频率。方法 用快速盐析法抽提样本DNA ,序列特异性引物PCR法检测MN基因。结果  115例汉族人群中MM基因型为 2 5例 ,MN基因型为 6 0例 ,NN基因型为 30例。M基因频率为 0 .4 78,N基因频率为 0 .5 2 2。结论 该方法可以检测MN血型基因型。浙江汉族中N基因频率大于M基因频率

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for genotyping of MN blood group and detect the allele frequencies of M and N in population.Methods Genomic DNA was isolated from buffy coats by quick salting-out method. The MN blood group was genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP). Results Among 115 subjects of Han nationality the numbers of MM, MN, NN genotype were 25, 60, 30 respectively and the alleles frequencies of M and N were 0.478 and 0.522 respectively.Conclusions The developed methods in this study can detect MN blood genotype.The frequency of N allele is higher than that of M allele in the population of Han nationality in Zhejiang Province.
