超声电导靶位透药对胃肠手术后胃肠功能恢复的研究

摘    要:目的观察胃肠手术后患者应用超声电导靶位透药技术对胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2010年1月~2012年6月间我院外科收治的胃肠手术患者40例随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组术后给予常规补液、对症、营养支持等基础治疗和护理;治疗组术后在对照组治疗和护理的基础上给予超声电导靶位透药。比较两组胃肠功能恢复的情况。结果治疗组术后规律肠鸣音出现时间短于对照组(P〈0.01);术后肛门排气时间及进食开始时间均早于对照组(P〈0.05);术后腹胀发生率低于对照组(P〈0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论胃肠手术后患者采用超声电导靶位透药可加速术后胃肠功能恢复,且方法简单方便、无痛苦、安全实用,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To observe gastrointestinal operation patients after application of ultrasound conductance target medicine penetration technology on gastrointestinal function recovery. Methods From 2010 Jan to 2012 Jun in our hospital surgical treatment for gastrointestinal operation 40 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The con- trol group was given rehydration, nutritional support foundation treatment and nursing; on the basis of the control group the treatment group were treated with ultrasonic conductivity targeting drug permeability. Compared two groups of gastrointestinal function recovery situation. Results The regular bowel sounds appear time in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group (P〈0.01). Anus exhaust time and begin to eat were earlier than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Postoperative abdominal distension were lower than those of control group (P〈0.01). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Gastrointestinal operation patients after the introduction of electric ultrasonic target medicine penetration can accelerate the re- covery of gastrointestinal function after the operation, and the method is simple and convenient, no pain, safety and practicali- ty, is worth the clinical promoted.
