| 摘 要： | 妊娠期高血压疾病是常见的严重危害母婴健康的妊娠并发症,目前其发病机理尚不明确.近年,许多学Ё者提出滋养细胞机能紊乱与本病发病关系密切.与其相关的因子有抑制素及表皮生长因子,二者参与调控滋养层细胞的增殖、分化和侵蚀性生长.该文就抑制素及表皮生长因子的生物学特性,与正常妊娠的关系及它们在妊娠期高血压疾病发生、发展中的作用进行综述.

| Abstract: | Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a pregnancy complication that may seriously damage health of the maternity and the infant.The pathogenesis of this disease is unknown yet now.Recently many researchers indicated that dysfunction of the trophoblastic's cells would be closely associated with it.The relevant factors include INH and EGF.These two factors participate in regulation and control of the cell's proliferation,differentiation and erosive growth.In this review,we summarized the biologcal characteristics of INH and EGF,their correlation with normal pregnancy and their roles in occurrence and development of the disease. |
