口服补液盐Ⅱ用于重度口服有机磷中毒重复洗胃40例临床研究

目的:探讨口服补液盐Ⅱ用于重度口服有机磷中毒重复洗胃效果。方法:80例重度口服有机磷中毒患者门诊清水洗胃后,随机分为两组,试验组(A组)用温开水加口服补液盐Ⅱ重复洗胃,对照组(B组)用温开水洗胃。结果:电解质紊乱发生率B组高于A组(P<0.05),脑水肿、肺水肿、多脏器功能障碍综合症(MODS),院内感染发生率B组高于A组(P<0.01),ICU平均监护时间A组比B组缩短(P<0.01)。结论:口服补液盐Ⅱ用于重度口服有机磷中毒重复洗胃,对减少并发症、提高抢救成功率有确切效果。

ORS II used in repeated gastrolavage in severe oral organophosphorus intoxication

Objective: To explore oral rehydration salt II on repeated gastrolavage in severe oral organophosphorus intoxication. Methods: 80 patients with severe oral organophosphorus intoxication were divided into two groups randomly after simple gastrolavage with clean water in clinic. The gastrolavage with warm clean water plus ORS II was used in the observation group while single gastrolavage with warm water used in the control group. Results: Eletrolyte disturbance incidence in the control group was higher than that in the observation group. The rate of incidence of cerebral edema, pulmonary edema, multi organ dysfunction syndrome and infection in hospital in the control group was higher than those in the observation group (P<0.05). Mean monitoring time in ICU in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Application of ORS II in repeated gastrolavage in severe oral organophosphorus intoxication is definitely effective in reducing complication and increasing rate of rescue success.
