雌激素辅助治疗老年妇女顽固性尿路感染的临床分析

目的研究雌激素对老年妇女尿路感染的治疗作用。方法选取老年女性尿路感染患者68例,分为实验组(38例)和对照组(30例)。实验组睡前阴道塞入雌激素软膏1 g,同时口服抗生素,疗程2周;对照组单用抗生素2周。观察两组的治疗效果。结果实验组治愈22例,改善9例,无效3例,4例未能坚持用药放弃治疗;对照组治愈8例,改善6例,无效16例,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 加用雌激素对反复尿路感染的老年女性患者有较好疗效。

Analysis of the Addition of Estrogens' Action in Treating Urethra Infection in Old Women

Objective To study estrogens' action in treating urethra infection in old woman. Methods 68 old women patients with urethra infection were divided into two groups. 38 cases were treated by premarin and antibiotics, as study groups;30 cases took only antibiotics, as control groups. The course of treatment was two weeks. Results In study group,22 of 38 cases were cured,9 cases were improved in clinical symptoms;3 of 38 cases were cureless;4 cases gave up the treatment for some reasons. In control group,8 of 30 cases were cured,6 cases were improved in clinical symptoms,16 cases were cureless. The difference between two groups was significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The addition of estrogens has quite good curative effect in treating urethra infection in old women.
