荆黄汤熏洗液抗炎镇痛与活血化瘀作用研究

目的：观察荆黄汤熏洗液的抗炎镇痛与活血化瘀作用。方法：分别采用鼠耳肿胀法、大鼠足爪肿胀法观察荆黄汤熏洗液的抗炎作用和采用小鼠热板法、扭体法观察其镇痛效应；测定血瘀模型大鼠血流变指标及小鼠凝血时间考察其活血化瘀作用。结果：荆黄汤熏洗液能减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀，提高小鼠对热板性疼痛的痛阈值，减少扭体反应的平均次数；荆黄汤熏洗液能明显降低血瘀模型大鼠的全血粘度、血浆粘度、血小板聚集率、红细胞压积和血沉，延长小鼠的凝血时间。结论：荆黄汤熏洗液具有抗炎镇痛和活血化瘀作用。

ANALGESIA,ANTI-INFLAMMATION, BLOODFLOW-QUICKENING AND STASIS-DISPELLING EFFECT OF JING HUANG TANG XUNXI SOLUTION

Objective：To observe the anti-inflammation,analgesia,bloodflow-quickening and stasis-dispelling effects of Jing Huang Tang Xunxi Solution .Methods：The anti-inflammation effect was observed by mouse aurisswell model and rat toe-swell model The analgesic effect was tested by hot plate and body wrest methods.The hemorrheological determination and mice blood coagulation method were used to observe the bloodflow-quickening and stasis-dispelling effect of Jing Huang Tang Xunxi solution.Results：Jing Huang Tang Xunxi Solution can significantly inhibit the mouse auris-swell and toe-swell, increase the threshold of pain, and decrease the number of times of body wrest. Jing Huang Tang Xunxi Solution decreased blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, rate of platelet aggregation, packed cells volume and blood sedimentation in blood stagnation model of rats.Conclusion： Jing Huang Tang Xunxi Solution has anti-inflammation, analgesia,bloodflow-quiekening and stasis-dispelling effects.
