一起丙酮氰醇急性中毒事故调查

目的通过对丙酮氰醇急性中毒事故的调查,总结经验,为今后有效预防和救治提供科学依据。方法现场调查结合临床资料综合分析。结果 2名中毒昏迷患者及时使用特效解毒剂,为控制病情挽救患者生命起到了极为重要的作用,患者很快清醒,后痊愈出院。结论企业及劳动者缺乏严谨的职业安全意识是导致这起事故的主要原因,及时有效的救治避免了患者死亡的发生。

Investigation on An Accident of Acute Acetone Cyanohydrin Poisoning

[Objective]Through investigation on the accident of acute acetone Ccyanohydrin poisoning to summarize the experience , and provide scientific basis for effective prevention and treatment of it in future.[Methods]On-site investigation combined with clinical data were applied for comprehensive analysis.[Results]The immediate application of specific antidote on 2 patients with toxic coma played an important role in controlling the disease and saving life of the patients. The patients got sober in a short while, and then discharged.[Conclusion] The main reason of this accident is the enterprise and employees＇ lack of stringent safety awareness. The immediate treatment has avoided the appearance of death cases.
